Galway Bay fm newsroom – A boil notice has been issued for the Loughrea area.
Following advice from the HSE, Irish Water and Galway County Council has issued the boil notice for the Loughrea public water supply, and supplies or group water schemes in the following areas:
– Earlspark
– Masonbrook
– Newtowndaly
– Loughrea Rural
– Kileenadeema
– Carrowmore/Clostoken
– Caherlaven
– Carrigean
– Ballymanna
– Caherdine
Irish Water is advising customers in these areas to boil their water before using it for drinks, food preparation, brushing teeth or making ice.
