Galway Bay fm newsroom – NUI Galway’s school of geography and archaeology has been selected as the lead researcher of a new national Rural Network.
The NRN has been announced by the Department of Agriculture, and will be responsible for devising more effective ways of implementing the Rural Development Programme.
The network is being led by Irish Rural Link, and is part of the implementation framework for the RDP across the European Union.
