Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway anti-water charge campaigners will meet with a Galway TD this afternoon to discuss the future of Irish Water.
The delegation from Right2Water Galway is meeting with Independent deputy Noel Grealish, and will ask him to sign a pledge to abolish water charges, and agree to the cancellation of all outstanding water bills.
The group is calling on all Galway TDs to observe what it’s describing as the ‘democratic mandate’ on water charges.
Right2Water Galway campaigners and their supporters will gather at Deputy Grealish’s office at Briarhill Business Park at 3.15 this afternoon.
