Galway Bay fm newsroom – There are plans for a housing development at Curragrean in Roscam.
O’Malley Construction is seeking permission to build 41 two-storey detached or semi-detached four-bed homes.
The applicant also sets out to build 11 two-storey terraced or semi-detached 3-bed houses and a three-storey apartment block.
The development would also provide for surface car parking, binstore, maintenance shed and road improvement measures.
City planners are due to make a decision next month.
