Galway Bay fm newsroom – A court has ruled that a challenge being taken by Forum Connemara over a procurement process decision led by Galway County Council, should be allowed to proceed.
The case involves the procurement process related to the Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme led by Galway County Council.
It was brought before the Commercial Court this month where judgement was initialy reserved.
The judge has now ruled that the challenge to the decision should be allowed to proceed.
The LCDC committee had argued that the case was brought after the tender process was complete.
